bonus target\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead and support learning design strategy across multiple products, collaborating with teammates and partners across PeopleDev and POp Products.\nBuild end-to-end learning solutions or programs that align to user needs and that drive high impact to the business.\nDevelop clear learning design roadmaps to build user-centric, personalized learning solutions.\nLeverage learning design practices to deliver new or continuously improved products that are relevant to current and emergent user needs.\nAnticipate instructional design trends to build compelling products and apply AI tools to optimize workflows or create personalized learning experiences.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.\n4 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for various formats and audiences.\n4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator (such as K12).\nExperience with instructional design principles and processes.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in education, related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in adult learning theory.\nExperience designing and developing a range of learning assets: course content, job aids, facilitator guides, etc.\nExperience supporting the development, execution, and impact measurement of programs for a range of learners.\nExperience launching and coordinating rollout of multiple training programs to a variety of stakeholders and
