performance, safety, transparency, and manageability of Google network systems across various engineering teams.\nEngage in and improve the whole lifecycle of networks from inception and design, to qualification and validation, through deployment, operation, and optimization.\nDrive innovation and independently create requirements and develop designs for new networking product ideas, process improvements, technology velocity, higher systems performance, and cost reductions across organizational boundaries.\nOwn resolution for software, hardware, and other network and system problems by determining and recommending appropriate solutions in partnership with other engineering teams.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.\nExperience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with planning and designing large scale networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products,
