Analyze performance, cost, reliability and availability trade-offs.\nLead projects that involve new technologies or new uses of multiple existing technologies.\nPartner with power industry leaders to lead evaluation and adoption of the most compelling cutting-edge technologies.\nEngage cross functionally to ensure successful roll-out, testing and complete validation.\nProvide technical leadership and direction while troubleshooting complex system level power issues.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4 years of experience with power converter design including DC/DC converter design and board bring up and debugging.\nExperience with data center power delivery system design.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.\n1 year of experience in technical leadership.\nExperience in power system design.\nExperience with analyzing and organizing data.\nKnowledge of power electronics fundamentals and various power conversion designs for data center power delivery.\nKnowledge of power converter modeling and
