Performance, Rewards, and Global Mobility (PRGM) portfolio.\nLead the end-to-end design and launch of Agentic Application Services (A2S) that combine conversational and proactive AI agents with enterprise workflows for compensation, total rewards, benefits navigation, and performance management.\nPartner with Engineering and AI Architects to build on the agentic platform, leveraging Agent-to-Model and A2A orchestration, MCP tool ecosystems, and governed Data grounding.\nEstablish AI evaluation and quality standards, including golden datasets, LLM-as-a-judge autoraters, human-in-the-loop domain calibration, latency SLAs, and privacy and compliance guardrails\nProvide functional product leadership to cross-functional pods of Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, and UX designers to translate global policy and business rules into scalable platform capabilities.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.\n3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows, including grounding/RAG architectures, tool use, or AI evaluation frameworks.\nExperience with cross-functional product strategy across enterprise systems and data platforms.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a technology or business related field.\nExperience architecting and shipping multi-agent systems, MCP (model context protocol) integrations, A2A (agent-to-agent) orchestration, and hybrid workflows that blend deterministic business logic with LLM reasoning.\nDomain experience in enterprise HR Tech, FinTech, or high-stakes enterprise decision-support platforms.\nExperience partnering with BSAs (business system analysts), data engineering teams, and policy owners to unify fragmented data sources into clean, governed semantic layers\nExperience transforming legacy enterprise applications into modern, AI-native experiences.\nExecutive communication and investigative skills, with experience framing ambiguous organizational problems into outcome metrics and structured product
