You will build systems that deeply understand user interests and predict engagement. the recommendation systems that form the core of the Google Discover experience.\nDefine success metrics, design experiments, and own the key performance indicators that drive iterative improvements in personalization and data-driven decision-making.\nConduct in-depth analysis to identify trade-offs and win or loss patterns in our recommendations, translating these insights into actionable product requirements for our recommendation systems.\nDrive initiatives that balance relevance and novelty, expertly managing exploration versus exploitation to maximize long-term user satisfaction.\nPartner with engineering, research, experience, and go-to-market teams to translate product strategy into clear requirements and a prioritized roadmap.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role.\n3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).\nExperience working with recommender systems, personalized discovery, or Machine Learning (ML) based products.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a technology or business related field.\n5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.\nProduct management experience shipping consumer-facing feed recommendation systems, search quality, or personalized discovery products at
