You will partner with senior technical leaders to define the product deliverables for the automation of search serving and reliability. Serving, which includes search binaries, and work with engineering leaders to set and execute overall key goals.\nEnsure that Search serving binaries can reliably scale to meet the demands of Artificial Intelligence features on Search.\nAnticipate Search’s serving needs proactively and build for the future by establishing and managing partnerships with teams in other product areas.\nCollaborate closely with search feature teams to ensure user needs are well understood while building a reliable Search serving stack.\nBuild the required technical depth and expertise in this area to effectively lead the product management function.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.\n3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.\nExperience in leading products and Reliability, Infrastructure or AI Infrastructure.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a technology or business related field.\n5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.\n5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).\n4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.\n3 years of experience in software development or engineering.\n3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical
