Analyze performance, cost, reliability, and availability trade-offs.\nLead projects that involve new technologies or new uses of multiple existing technologies.\nPartner with power industry leaders to lead the evaluation and adoption of the most compelling technologies.\nEngage cross-functionally to ensure successful roll-out, testing, and complete validation.\nProvide technical leadership and direction while troubleshooting system-level power delivery issues.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4 years of experience working in a power converter design technical environment including AC/DC, DC/DC, or DC/AC converter design for data center power delivery systems or other applications.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.\n1 year of experience in technical leadership.\nExperience in power converter design, including AC/DC rectifiers, solar inverters, UPS, and variable speed drives.\nExperience in data center power system design including micro-grid design.\nKnowledge on power converter modeling and simulation and ability to troubleshoot field issues.\nExcellent investigative, communication and organizational skills, coupled with a well-focused attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional project
