From software to hardware our teams are shaping the future of world-leading hyperscale computing, with key teams working on the development of our TPUs, Vertex AI for Google Cloud, Google Global Networking, Data Center operations, systems research, and much more.\n Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement strategies for high volume manufacturing of SoC products, including troubleshooting, ATE test coverage optimization, DPPM reduction, test cost reduction, power and performance assurance, and product data integration and correlation between system, ATE, and SLT.\nDrive interactions with wafer fab and OSATs, own and drive checkpoints for key quality metrics.\nDrive volume ramp and mass production through test program releases, volume data analytics, lot disposition, extended test time reduction, yield improvement, and RMA handling.\nSupport setup and maintenance of test, diagnosis, and yield analysis infrastructure, including Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) support.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams across the globe including ATE and SLT Test Engineering, Quality and Reliability (Q&R), Packaging, Supplier Management and Operations to build, deploy, and maintain a high volume manufacturing screening solution.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n8 years of experience in product engineering or test engineering.\nExperience developing on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFlex ATE platforms.\nExperience with product engineering, supply chain data analytics, or diagnostics for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) or NPI.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with industry standards, design tools, and DFT best practices, including at-speed TDF, ATPG, MBIST, memory repair, diagnostic tools, and yield improvement.\nExperience evaluating customer returns with ATE and SLT, identifying coverage gaps, developing incremental structural and functional patterns to address quality issues.\nExperience delivering HVM screening solutions for high performance computing chips in advanced technology nodes with low Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM).\nKnowledge of statistical analysis (e.g. JMP), Yield Management Systems (e.g. Exensio, YieldExplorer, JMP), or Python for data analytics.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3301,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Incident Response","Streaming & OTT Platforms","Foundation Models","Consumer Internet Groups"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T21:40:30Z"}],"liveness":{"score":63,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.632,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:8","stale_co","velocity","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/google-senior-soc-product-engineer-google-cloud","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/google-senior-soc-product-engineer-google-cloud.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T09:49:49Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":633,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4367,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
