and ship end-to-end experimental software prototypes-from backend models and infrastructure to client interfaces-moving from whiteboard to live prototype in days, not quarters.\nOwn project direction in uncharted problem spaces with minimal supervision, translating open-ended research ideas and product hypotheses into crisp technical requirements and roadmaps.\nRun high-velocity user-facing experiments; objectively evaluate product signal, ruthlessly unblock bottlenecks, and seamlessly pivot technical direction or adopt entirely new tech stacks as projects evolve or wind down.\nWork directly in tight, high-trust pods alongside Research Scientists, Product Managers, and UX Designers to co-design novel user interactions and push the boundaries of frontier AI.\nBalance rapid speed solutions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.\n3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.\n3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.\n1 year of experience with software design and architecture.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.\n5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.\n1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.\nExperience developing accessible
