Join us to work on state-of-the-art AI, take on problems at an unparalleled scale, and build the next generation of advertising technology.\nResponsibilities\nOwn projects end-to-end from initial idea to design, analysis, and implementation.\nPerform model training, evaluation, and deployment to solve business-critical problems. This includes exploration of new model architectures, augmenting existing training data, finding better evaluation methods and feedback signals, and identifying headroom opportunities.\nUnderstand production systems, visualize, monitor, and optimize performance.\nStay up-to-date with the latest tools and research in the field, working with our collaborators in Google Research and Deep Mind.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python.\n3 years of experience with one or more of the following: deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, or specialization in another ML field.\n3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).\n3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.\n5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.\n1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.\nExperience developing accessible technologies.\nExperience with machine learning, data science, statistics, natural language processing, computer vision,
