Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on developing and deploying next-generation agentic AI for security that will power the Google's Agentic SecOps offering.\nDrive the technical goal and strategy for the security harness ensuring alignment with the broader security teams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams along with product management, data science, and security engineering, to define product requirements, and roadmaps, and deliver high-impact features.\nOversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable AI-driven agentic security solutions.\nFoster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience with software development.\n7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design and optimizing end-to-end Machine Learning (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).\n5 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.\n5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.\n5 years of experience in a people management, or team leadership role.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.\nExperience in building and deploying Agentic AI systems.\nExperience in highly scalable and available distributed systems, cloud services or data platforms.\nUnderstanding of security
