Google.\nResponsibilities\nScale high-performing engineering teams to manage the foundational infrastructure of the GCE Control Plane Platform.\nBuild a \"Reliable by Design\" environment, establishing GCE as the industry gold standard for resiliency against hyper-accelerated AI workloads.\nFoster an engineering culture focused on blast radius containment, hitless maintenance, and dynamic capacity assurance.\nGuide multi-dimensional sharding and automated disaster recovery for a rapidly scaling AI fleet.\nDefine the technical goal and lead initiatives to enhance platform security and automate continuous compliance.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience programming in C++.\n7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.\n5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.\n5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
