From software to hardware our teams are shaping the future of world-leading hyperscale computing, with key teams working on the development of our TPUs, Vertex AI for Google Cloud, Google Global Networking, Data Center operations, systems research, and much more.\n Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $262000 - $364000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDrive the long-term technical roadmap and system architecture for NetSoft Tier-0 ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability across distributed network modeling, planning, and delivery systems.\nLead the design and evolution of highly distributed, fault-tolerant software infrastructure capable of handling exponential growth in Google’s global network topology and traffic demand.\nEstablish standards, guidelines, and unifying architectural principles across multiple complex software stacks to eliminate redundancy, simplify abstractions, and reduce systemic technical debt.\nApply a systemic focus to architectural decisions, optimizing for global performance, high availability, strict security boundary enforcement, and operational simplicity.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience programming in C++.\n5 years of experience with design and architecture;
