validation environments.\nExecute electrical, functional, reliability, and performance testing to verify hardware satisfies rigorous quality and engineering standards.\nTriage bugs, identify anomalies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to drive swift root-cause resolution.\nContinuously refine test methodology, efficiency, and qualification workflows across product generations.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize test framework scripts to advance automated hardware validation.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4 years of experience working in storage and server system technical environments, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience managing storage/server NPI projects and driving hardware qualification alongside JDM/original device manufacturer (ODM) partners.\nAbility to reproduce failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and close complex technical issues.\nUnderstanding of storage/server architecture across electrical, mechanical, and functional domains throughout the product development lifecycle.\nProficiency in Linux, Python, and shell scripting, paired with data analysis skills to characterize failure modes at
