Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead a cross-functional team, spanning organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver optical and highspeed copper cable system solutions from inception to production.\nSet the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.\nEngage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager (TPM) groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.\nDevelop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed schedule and current status of each project.\nUse technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. \n8 years of experience in program management.\nExperience in optical design.\nExperience with system architecture for data center equipment (e.g., servers, switches, CPUs/accelerators, racks, PCIe, and tray-to-tray interconnects).\nPreferred qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in Physics Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience in program management of hardware or system integration projects.\nExperience in optical and high speed communication systems and corresponding components.\nEngagement with director level executives, with proven experience in executive-level communication.\nFamiliarity with various optical and electrical devices (lasers, modulators, high speed copper cable , passive devices, etc.), and corresponding dev cycle (including reliability/quality
