Drive technical program execution from design to launch, identifying and unblocking systemic engineering operations bottlenecks to optimize product quality and release velocity.\nDesign, build, and deploy AI-enabled automation and tooling to streamline engineering operations.\nAnalyze system-level and workflow-level data to diagnose friction in the software development lifecycle. Build and execute concrete technical strategies that shorten dev-to-release cycles while maintaining exceptional quality standards.\nAct as a technical catalyst for transitioning the organization to AI-driven workflows. Mentor teams on utilizing generative AI tools and agentic workflows to solve daily development and operational challenges.\nDrive critical business operations for the Home organization.
