responsible for the development and execution of feature planning, prioritization, and operations for generative modeling and applied research initiatives.\nPartner closely with advanced research teams (e.g., DeepMind) to transition applied research into production and solve SAGE's hardest technical challenges.\nEstablish the necessary programs and one-off projects for the team to plan and execute in order for the generative modeling product area to be successful.\nManage day-to-day resource requirements (including ML compute/TPU capacity), risks, and priorities.\nInterface with other product, engineering, and research teams within Ads to develop actionable execution plans.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in program management.\nExperience with AI/ML.\nExperience in large language model training. \nPreferred qualifications:\n8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience in Ads platforms.\nExperience with the software development lifecycle, integration testing, and ML pipeline management.\nDemonstrated experience in
