Your responsibilities will include program planning, execution management, guiding technical discussions, making well-informed decisions, and resolving intricate problems. A key focus will be the orchestration and management of external vendors across wafer manufacturing, assembly, and testing. including Design, Verification, DFT, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality.\nLead the creation of credible and data-driven schedules and milestones, track the progress, proactively identify potential future challenges, and identify mitigations with the various team leaders.\nDrive technical, budgetary, and schedule trade-off discussions with cross-functional teams, balancing what’s needed with what’s possible.\nGuide the selection, qualification, and management of external vendors for wafer fabrication (foundries), packaging/assembly (OSATs), and test.\nDefine clear statements of work (SOWs), negotiate contracts, and manage vendor deliverables, performance, quality, and cost.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in program management.\n8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in technical program management, product engineering, or silicon product development and manufacturing.\nPreferred qualifications:\n8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience with semiconductor processing.\nDemonstrable experience in managing and collaborating with external semiconductor manufacturing partners, including wafer foundries, OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test), and test houses.\nProven experience with NPI processes, yield management, and product qualification.\nProven ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct
