Leveraging advanced AI tools and agentic solutions, you will automate processes and accelerate engineering velocity, transforming how we protect billions of daily user queries.\nAs the Portfolio Lead, you will oversee the Search Intelligence Trust portfolio, collaborating with a global team of TPMs across Zurich, Cambridge, and Mountain View, and partnering with an engineering organization of approximately 150 members alongside multiple Product Managers. Your responsibilities will span four key pillars: aligning trust requirements for frontier AI innovations, building scaled compliance protections in partnership with DeepMind, scaling operations for rapid and neutral feature rollouts, and managing critical escalations with long-term preventative strategies.\nAdditionally, you will identify opportunities to implement system-wide changes in collaboration with Search Platforms, Verticals, Core, and Trust and Safety. By transforming our horizontal capabilities, you will enable Google to launch Generative AI features with ten times the velocity and volume, securely protecting users while scaling product delivery.
