You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. everyone in the world.\nResponsibilities\nTake charge of the technical dimensions of our ecosystem partnership (carriers/telcos, Entitlement Server providers, aggregators), encompassing launches, interoperability testing, and new feature alignment to ensure seamless integration of Android connectivity and cross-platform RCS messaging technologies.\nServe as the technical expert for Android connectivity technologies and RCS messaging protocols, providing partners with solutions that enhance the overall use and cross-platform integration of the technology.\nAct as the vital link between our Engineering, Engineering Productivity, Product, and Business Development teams.\nWork closely with the global carrier ecosystem to align their services with Android connectivity and RCS cross-platform service offering.\nMonitor and evaluate key performance metrics, sharing findings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and measure progress toward our objectives.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.\nExperience in Android internals and app development.\nExperience in solution engineering or architecture and stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.\n8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.\n8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.\n8 years of experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows,
