design strategies.\nOwn improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input, providing guidance and expertise to effectively engage stakeholders on product design to achieve product goals.\nManage a distributed team of ~8 designers split across the US and EU.\nGuide the development and delivery of overall business strategy, leaning in with UX skills and user empathy for strong, jointly owned outcomes.\nContinue to lead this team through AI transformation, focusing on quality, depth, and ongoing curiosity.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or
