and guide the evolution of the Payments Platform design system, delivering cohesive payment experiences across Google product surfaces.\nBuild and maintain scalable, reusable design frameworks and principles that simplify standardization, implementation, and cross-product delivery.\nLeverage AI to evolve the Platform design system, driving rapid optimization and system variation for seamless user experiences.\nCraft, structure, and deliver executive level narratives and direction for design systems and creative initiatives.\nApply AI expertise to introduce emerging technologies, build new tools, and modernize workflows, expanding creative range, boosting execution speed, and enhancing output quality.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.\nInclude a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.\n2 years of experience leading design projects.\nExperience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools.\nExperience developing AI-native frameworks and design systems tailored for AI-integrated development
