Partnering with UX, Product, and Engineering, you will manage complex portfolios and scale UX impact through effective rhythms, cross-functional alignment, and the orchestration of multiple UX disciplines to solve complex user problems from concept to launch. You will also help scale our operational culture, ensuring our team has the clarity and rhythm needed to innovate at speed.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with senior UX leadership in designing and leading end-to-end UX programs, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure high-quality launches that align with our OKRs.\nEstablish, maintain and enhance rigorous team rituals and processes to drive clarity, quality, velocity, and efficient decision-making.\nServe as a key partner to UX and cross-functional leadership; building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders across payments and Google, ensuring close strategic and operational alignment.\nOptimize workflows and implement operational best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and quality that empowers the team to deliver excellence at scale.\nProvide clear, timely and accurate communication to functional leads and senior management regarding project status, risks, issues, and priorities.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience in program management within design or UX organizations.\nExperience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience leading operational initiatives that streamline the UX design process and drive a culture of user-centered development.\nExperience working across multiple UX disciplines (e.g., design, research, content strategy) and with cross-functional partners (e.g., product management, engineering) to manage projects and build stakeholder relationships.\nExperience analyzing UX metrics and data to leverage insights that drive strategy and program prioritization.\nAbility to build, launch and run programs from scratch that improve organizational effectiveness and enable UXers to do their best work.\nStrong UX acumen and the ability to align UX practices with business
