As a UXR Program Manager, you will be a strategic thought partner and operational expert supporting a team of UX Researchers. leadership and operational excellence across UX teams to deliver the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel through all project interactions.\nUtilize an understanding of UX craft, methodologies, and analytics to build scalable programs that allow UX teams to do their best work.\nAct as a representative for UX in cross-functional collaborations with Engineering and Product Management teams to plan and manage interdependencies.\nIdentify team needs for processes, tools, documentation, and asset management, and drive required changes to optimize UX efficiency.\nCollaborate with UX team leadership in key project decision-making and orchestrate successful delivery for multiple UX projects simultaneously.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of program management experience within UX organizations.\nExperience with User Research, or Research focused tools and methodologies.\nExperience working with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with the product development lifecycle for technology products.\nExperience analyzing data and leveraging insights to lead organizational change.\nExperience executing independently with senior stakeholders.\nExperience managing risks, such as operational, product, or team health.\nExperience managing
