In joining the Search team, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact on billions of people globally.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain scalable software systems and infrastructure on top of LLMs, upholding high standards for code quality, system reliability, engineering best practices, and documentation.\nDesign, implement, and iterate on systems and algorithms to retrieve high-value content, which includes defining and extracting quality signals and building evaluation models.\nWork closely with other engineers, product managers, and research teams across Google (such as Notebook LM, Play Books, Core Data, and Search).\nGrow in a changing environment and successfully navigate the ambiguity inherent in the early stages of a new, rapidly growing initiative.\nExhibit artificial intelligence fluency is an expectation in this role.
