Google.\nResponsibilities\nWrite product or system development code.\nCollaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices amongst available technologies (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).\nContribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.\nTriage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.\nImplement GenAI solutions, utilize ML infrastructure, and contribute to data preparation, optimization, and performance enhancements.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.\n1 year of experience in machine learning, generative AI, data mining or statistical modeling.\nExperience with GenAI techniques (e.g., large language models, multi-modal, large vision models) or with GenAI-related concepts (e.g., language modeling, computer vision).\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.\n2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.\nExperience developing accessible technologies.\nExperience in prompt engineering, building or utilizing LLM-powered auto-evaluation and optimization systems.\nBackground in sequence/transformer modeling in other domains like speech, or experience with end-to-end ML application in
