The Retail Campaign Management, Content and Automation team is a part of the Retail Advertiser Experiences (RAX) team, a cross-functional team in Zurich that's a part of the Shopping Ads org. Shopping Ads help consumers find the products they're looking for, and Ads in general power the open and free internet, allowing users worldwide to access useful services and information without paying for it.
Retail Ads are a significant source of business for Google, and our cross-functional group directly delivers value for our advertisers, growing Google Ads business in the process.

Responsibilities ###- Dive into new codebases to contribute across different parts of the Ads stack.
- Analyze data to understand feature usage and impact.
- Design, build, test, and launch features in collaboration with partner teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to define the right scope for features we build.
