the Admin Access Platform (AAP) Dynamic Policy Engine, including real-time access evaluation, federated domain management, and safe deployment tooling (e.g., Mendel A/B experiments), and help drive the overall AAP strategy.\nProvide management and technical leadership to a team of Software Engineers.\nCollaborate cross-team with partners, TLs, UX, PMs, TPMs, and security policy owners to translate complex security requirements into scalable technical outcomes.\nCommunicate with stakeholders and leadership to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and roadmaps that align with company-wide mandates like Adaptive Shield and Agentic Security.\nEnsure best-practices in design, development, infrastructure, security, privacy, and software maintenance.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.\nExperience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems, with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability.\nExperience in software engineering, software infrastructure engineering, security, Big Data and analytics, or cloud networking.\nExperience in data processing using traditional and distributed systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Dataflow, Airflow) and algorithms (e.g., MapReduce, Flume), and building data pipelines (e.g., using Spark, Dataflow).\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience programming in Java, C++, or Go.\nExperience developing distributed and parallel systems, networking, software systems, or security software.\nExperience building technical infrastructure.\nExperience leading through technical and organizational challenges.\nExperience leading collaborations in a distributed engineering organization.\nAbility to lead teams toward a shared technical
