and drive the overarching strategy and roadmap for Ads Safety Advertiser Experiences.\nSet the technical direction and standards for high-quality, maintainable, and robust solutions.\nManage, mentor, and grow a talented team of software engineers while cultivating a high-velocity engineering culture.\nDrive design and architecture by reviewing and co-authoring design documents to ensure systems are robust and scalable.\nAdvocate engineering excellence by modeling and enforcing sustainable engineering practices, including participating in on-call rotations and reviewing postmortems and launches.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.\n3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager for Ads technology products.\n2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.\n\nExperience designing and building large-scale systems, including serverless and service-oriented architectures (SOA).\nExperience in Ads Safety, cybersecurity, or related domains.\nExperience with human review processes and systems that complement automated
