As both product areas rapidly accelerate their Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage, our team provides the critical technical infrastructure required to power the next generation of Health and Home innovation.\nThe Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.\nResponsibilities\nSet and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.\nSet clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.\nDevelop the mid-term technical direction and roadmap within the scope of your teams.
