Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.\nDesign, guide and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and write product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.\nReview code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.\n2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.\nPreferred qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related.\n10 years of experience in software development.\n5 years of experience with full stack development, including backend distributed systems.\n5 years of experience in directly managing people and strong stakeholder management and communication.\nExperience in AI-Assisted software development or Spec-driven-development.\nExperience in programming languages like Golang and C++testing and launching distributed systems, storage and related software
