and execution of projects that enhance the reliability and performance of consumer applications.\nManage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering an engineering culture.\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams across multiple Product Areas to ensure platform work meets customer needs.\nBuild and manage centralized agentic performance optimization systems for first-party applications.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.\n2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.\n3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.\nExperience leading engineering teams building large-scale pipeline infrastructure and managing OLAP storage systems.\nExperience managing technical roadmaps, driving system reliability, and supporting software engineer careers.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and adjacent infrastructure
