Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage of a team of ICs on Drive who work on full stack intelligence feature development across Web and Mobile.\nManage execution against quarterly planning goals, de-risking projects, helping the team to deliver.\nGrow and mentor reports, creating a culture of growth and psychological safety in your teams.\nContribute to strategic direction for the organization, working closely with PM on defining product direction, and working closely with UX on refining features.\nStreamline feature development and launch processes.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.\n2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.\nExperience in front-end development with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS or equivalent.\nPreferred qualifications:\n1 year of experience with mobile stack.\nExperience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).\nExperience with Android, or iOS development, debugging, and
