products.\nTo learn more about gTech, check out our video.\nResponsibilities\nHelp partners in the day-to-day issues by providing consultation, delivering innovative solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to the issues.\nAssist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to product management and engineering.\nGuarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.\n\nWork with sales and partners to provide guidance and input on data management and workflows.\nConduct analyses that include data gathering and requirements specification, data analysis, model development, and delivery of results to business partners and executives.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consultancy or technical sales.\nExperience with internet technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SQL, XML, HTTP protocols.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with Business Intelligence (BI) front-end, data analytics middleware, middle platform for apps, or back-end data warehouse technologies.\nExperience with internet/apps/gaming operations.\nExcellent collaboration skills along with the ability to work across geographically dispersed functions.\nExcellent business communication and presentation
