development, and iterative refinement of data-centric and AI-powered solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), showcasing the potential of data and AI to address specific business needs.\nCollaborate closely with customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives. \nMentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.\nEstablish and promote innovative best practices and methodologies for data-motivated solutions, actively contributing to industry thought leadership through publications, presentations, and community engagement.\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.\nExperience with Big Data technologies or concepts, such as analytics warehousing, data processing, data transformation, data governance, data migrations, extract, transform, load (ETL), extract, load, transform (ELT), SQL, NoSQL, performance or scalability optimizations, or batch versus streaming.\nPreferred qualifications:\n10 years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on data architecture, data analytics, and data engineering, in a customer-facing or consulting role.\nExperience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.\nExperience understanding customer requirements, breaking them down into actionable components, and designing technical architectures to meet those needs.\nExperience managing stakeholder expectations and building consensus around complex technical projects.\nExperience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), streaming data (e.g., Kafka), big data and data warehousing
