(USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nServe as technical SME to operationalize and evaluate AI-assisted onboarding, troubleshooting and scaling workflows for chrome product area and ecosystem needs.\nServe as technical expert in critical feedback loop bringing in insights from partner, developer and user feedback channels alongside product metrics trends in collaboration with product and engineering to influence Chrome product area strategy and roadmap.\nPartner with Business Development, Technical Program Management, Product, Engineer, gUP Partner Engineering and gUP horizontal Technical Solutions teams to identify scaling needs to streamline Chrome partner and developer journeys and drive operational efficiency.\nDrive knowledge dissemination, playbooks, best practices and guide engineering and product leaders as they plan their digital strategy, with clear implementation plans as it pertains to the web.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.\nExperience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).\nExperience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.\nExperience using machine learning and building solutions.\nExperience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix,
