Define, lead, and own the execution of strategic XR programs from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and business objectives.\nDefine and drive program schedules, identify risks, manage dependencies, track metrics and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.\nManage complex stakeholder relationships, build alliances, and advocate for program needs across different organizations. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX Design, Research, and Operations to deliver high-quality XR products and services.\nOwn triage on incoming challenges for your focus areas.
