Design scalable interaction patterns for non-deterministic AI behaviors.\nIdentify high-leverage opportunities for agentic solutions across the developer lifecycle, and tech stack, transforming nascent AI capabilities into actionable, user-centered product roadmaps.\nCollaborate with and influence cross-functional partners across multiple product areas (PAs) to align workstreams, and establish cohesive developer experiences.\nServe as a trusted design strategist with Product Management and Engineering leads, balancing technical constraints with user value.\nDrive end-to-end design execution and lead design quality, system thinking, and polish.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in interaction design, product design or UX design.\n3 years of experience leading design projects from conception to launch.\nInclude a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n12 years of experience in product design or UX.\nExperience designing AI/Agent first solutions, Generative UI, or agentic/autonomous workflows.\nProven ability to influence product strategy and gain executive buy-in, with strong prototyping skills, open mind, and ability to think out of the box. \nExceptional storytelling and influencing skills, with the ability to translate
