technical direction and roadmap for the orchestration runtime behind the initiatives: the streaming reasoning loop, function calling, context and memory management, sub-agent and remote-agent protocols, and GenUI response streaming.\nOwn how the platform adopts new model generations and inference APIs, prompting and tool-calling standards, thinking and streaming capabilities, and the migration playbook that moves XXB monthly requests without regressions.\nMentor platform engineers, set design and code review standards, and raise the organization's expertise in production agentic systems.\nAdvance how 300+ skills and tools are discovered, loaded, versioned and governed so teams ship independently without destabilizing the whole system.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.\n5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).\n2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.\n3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed
