Advocate best practices and coding standards.\nPartner with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to understand requirements, align on priorities, and drive successful project outcomes.\nStay ahead of the latest frontend technologies and trends. Identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and improve team efficiency.\nMonitor and optimize frontend performance to ensure a fast and responsive user experience.\nMentor and guide junior UI developers, ensure code quality and alignment with best practices.
