leadership on high-impact projects.\nInfluence and coach a distributed team of engineers.\nDeliver full stack development including UI, backend infrastructure, and AI/ML.\nManage a team of 5 Engineers.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.\n5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.\n3 years of experience with software design and architecture.\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n8 years of experience with
