Google.\nResponsibilities\nSet the technical goal and architectural roadmap for Android backup ecosystem integrations.\nDesign and build client SDKs for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) backup integrations and evolve the backup engine to serve product needs.\nOptimize reliability, battery, memory, and network usage under strict Android OS constraints.\nCo-design robust client-server synchronization and partner cross-functionally to translate requirements into scalable solutions.\nFoster engineering excellence through code and architecture reviews, scaling best practices, and mentorship.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n5 years of experience testing and launching software products.\n5 years of experience with Android application development.\n3 years of experience with software design and architecture.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and
