Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.\nFacilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.\nLead the design and implementation of solutions in specialized ML areas, optimize ML infrastructure, and guide the development of model optimization and data processing strategies.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.\n5 years of experience with one or more of the following: speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.\n5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing end-to-end Machine Learning (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or LLM
