You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.\nThe Social Impact partnerships team enables unique product experiences. This includes developing partnerships that help users in moments that matter through trusted products and features for enabling Google’s users to access information on crisis response alerts and tools, climate and weather, learning and education, information literacy, economic opportunity, health, and civics.\nIn this role, you will develop and execute global partnerships that enable product teams to meet goals for efforts that address user needs across social impact topic areas. You will work closely with product leaders and cross-functional teams to source, negotiate, and execute complex partnerships for Google, and develop go-to market strategy for our products.\nThe Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $140000 - $203000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nPartner closely with Product and other cross-functional teams to drive product partnerships from concept to launch to ongoing partner management. \nDefine partnership strategy, identify new product-enabling partnership opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans for product efforts.\nSource and value potential partnerships, perform due diligence on the partner/content, and lead a agreement through execution and/or scale partner adoption as necessary for a new product ecosystem.\nUnderstand product launches/plans and implications for Google and its partners. Lead related internal and external communication and strategies.\nManage coordination with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Policy, PR, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Finance) and other partnership teams, including regional counterparts around the world.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in business development, partner management, program management, consulting, or strategy, in social impact spaces.\nExperience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.\nExperience managing agreements or partnerships.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with multi-sector partnerships (e.g., government agencies, NGOs, education, health, or commercial sector) or related experience in business development, product management, or business.\nExperience designing and implementing processes and policies to improve Google’s ability to partner globally, ensuring partners fulfill contractual obligations.\nAbility to clarify/summarize issues to influence internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent investigative and reasoning skills to structure partnership models and manage technical, contractual and financial
