rolled out effectively to the team.\nDrive operational improvements for team, including optimizing resource allocation across partner sales teams, measuring progress against strategic goals, and facilitating management discussions and decisions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience with sales strategy or operations consulting.\nExperience working with data to identify trends, patterns, and to make recommendations in a customer-facing environment.\nExperience working with executive-level stakeholders.\nAbility to communicate in English and Japanese fluently.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience implementing complex strategic and operational initiatives.\nExperience in building and automating reporting dashboards.\nAbility to pay attention to detail while managing multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated business acumen, with the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders within a complex business environment.\nDistinctive problem-solving and project management
