technology.\nResponsibilities\nDrive cross-functional (Product Design (PD), Hardware(HW) Engineering, HW Test, Quality, and Global Supply Management (GSM) partners) activities in the supply chain for overall Technical Operational readiness in all NPI phases leading into Mass Production.\nDrive project technical and operational issues of material, process, fixtures, equipment during NPI phase to enable delivery of a mature product and manufacturing process into Mass Production.\nEngage in development activities working with cross-functional product teams in understanding and resolving technical issues, early detection and highlighting Quality risks to core teams and management.\nLead suppliers by providing technical direction to establish and validate (utilizing statistical tools) process capability during the NPI phase for consistently delivering quality products in Mass Production.\nSupport/drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts in the supply chain.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in silicon manufacturing across sustaining and NPI roles.\nExperience in Data analysis using semiconductor production data.\nExperience with quality and statistical tools and methods.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with wireless connectivity IC or discrete sensor IC related semiconductor device structure, manufacturing processes and technical issue resolving skills.\nProject management experience including data handling, documentation, critical decision making and organization skill.\nKnowledge of silicon and related product manufacturing processes.\nAbility to travel up to 25% as needed.\nExcellent leadership, project management, teamwork, influencing and negotiation skills.\nExceptional technical skill, and problem-solving skill in a pressured and fast paced
