You will set the architectural goal and drive technical execution for both existing and next-generation platforms, while mentoring and developing the careers of your engineers. establish strong team health, culture, and sustained execution velocity.\nDrive end-to-end technical direction across backend serving architectures and frontend UI frameworks, steering migrations from legacy systems to next-generation AI-first stacks.\nPartner closely with Product Management, UX, and vertical and platform teams to evolve core SRP functionalities to new AI capabilities.\nRegularly articulate architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and project execution milestones to senior leadership and cross-team partners.\nUphold high standards for system availability, latency budgets, code health, testing, and operational reliability.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development.\n3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.\n2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.\nExperience in any one of the following areas: backend serving infrastructure;
