Establish performance measurement frameworks and regular review cadences to drive efficiency and track success organization-wide.\nLeverage AI/ML best practices to automate complex workflows, scale operations, and accelerate strategic outcomes.\nOwn portfolio metrics to inform executive decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and capture economies of scale.
