and mentor a team of engineers (up to 6 direct reports) focusing on Connected TV, fostering technical excellence, leadership, and strong engineering velocity.\nBalance people leadership with technical contribution by independently designing, coding, and launching critical features for at least 50% of your time.\nLead the end-to-end system architecture and implementation of user-facing products, partner-facing APIs, and distributed real-time serving layers using Java, C++, Spanner/F1, and Angular/Dart.\nArchitect and scale high-availability bidding and pacing infrastructure to handle extreme live event traffic surges.\nDirect the integration of TV-native ad formats and collaborate closely with premier streaming publishers, major Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners on technical integrations.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in software development, including 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.\n5 years of experience with full-stack development, across back-end (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, C++) and front-end (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).\n3 years of experience with software design and architecture.\nExperience in people leadership or team management and management.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.\n3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.\nExperience or strong interest in integrating LLMs or
