You will have a solid insight into internet technology and a grasp of its impact on our agreements and contracts in order to adequately advise the wider deal team. Detail focused and conscientious, you’re equally comfortable reading the fine print of technical agreements as you are managing a team toward a common goal -- working to meet deadlines to help Google realize critical business agreements while managing overall technical risk. Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products.\nTo learn more about gTech, check out our video.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $114000 - $163000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and facilitate between internal teams to gain feedback and insight into agreements and initiatives.\nAdvise business development and technology management teams, as well as legal teams, on risks around technical solutions and service level commitments.\nWork with key stakeholders to create, draft, and communicate implementation standards and associated agreement language to facilitate smoother operations and improve decision making.\nDeliver strategy storytelling to an executive audience on the impacts of the work.\nLeverage AI and other efficiency tools in your day-to-day work to increase productivity.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related technology field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience reviewing agreements in a technical environment.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA, MS, JD or other advanced degree.\n2 years of experience working with internet products and technologies.\nExperience building AI agents and using AI agents for day-to-day work to help increase productivity.\nExpertise in investigative and structured problem-solving operations.\nStrong presentation skill to executives, with good storytelling on impacts and value-adds.\nEffective leadership, management and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
